    Although the foundation of our business has been built around our professional "Hydroseeding Service", we at R & M Properties and Renovations LLC strive to meet as many of our customers needs as possible. Throughout the years we have evolved as technology advances leaving us with an impressive variety of tools, machinery and equipment, most of which has been purchased to keep our jobs as efficient as possible resulting in faster completion times and lower cost to our customers. Additionally, we refuse to sub-contract any part of our jobs to other contractors who may not match our level of professionalism.

    When preparing a new lawn for Hydroseeding, dirt preparation is extremely important and is often times the difference between success and failure as it relates to seed germination. As a result, we have acquired some of the best dirt working equipment available. However, this equipment is not only used to prepare dirt for Hydroseeding, we are often asked to prepare garden areas and flower beds or to remove dirt in preparation of having concrete side walks or driveways installed. For customers who prefer sod over Hydroseeding, we’ll prepare their ground for sod often times installing the sod for them also.
