DirtGlue.....
Quite often I am contacted by contractors and homeowners who have spent thousands of dollars purchasing dirt and labor to construct "pads" where houses or buildings will eventually be built. These contractors and homeowners are looking for an inexpensive solution such as planting grass on these "pads" to prevent flattening or dirt run off. These "pads" often sit for several months to allow the dirt to settle. During this settling period rain fall causes the surface of these "pads" to erode resulting in flattening and dirt run off. In many cases the labor to recover the run off dirt and to repair the "pad" can cost as much as the original labor did to construct the pad. A cost effective method of keeping the "pad" in place just didn't seem to exist.......until now.
DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions are powerful, high-tech bonding agents specifically engineered and formulated to bond soil particles together. Applied to the surface of the soil, DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions form a protective, flexible film that eliminates dust, prevents mud and controls erosion thereby providing a solution to today's challenging dust and erosion control requirements.
As DirtGlue Polymer Emulsion bonds the individual soil particles together and dries, it forms a flexible "crust" that strengthens the surface of the soil. It creates a three-dimensional matrix (depth varies depending on type of application and performance requirements) in the soil resulting in enhanced stability and durability.
As non-hazardous, water-soluble products, DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions may be applied to environmentally sensitive areas such as wetland buffer zones. They have no harmful effects on people, animals, fish, or other aquatic life
