R & M Properties and Renovations LLC warrants that all work will be performed by professional personnel and that all materials used will be of the highest quality available.

R & M Properties and Renovations LLC guarantees a uniform and consistent stand of grass on acceptable soils when seed germination is complete. 

R & M Properties and Renovations LLC uses only certified seed and does not accept responsibility for any weeds that may appear in existing soil or topsoil. (See FAQ page)

R & M Properties and Renovations LLC supplies maintenance information which the customer needs to comply with to obtain a quality stand of grass.

R & M Properties and Renovations LLC will reseed or re-spray any areas that have not developed as described above (method used shall be our option). Bare patches due to puddling, guttering, runoff from roads or driveways or damage from animals, children, equipment, acts of god, negligence or any other situation determined to be out of our control will not be covered.

It is understood and agreed upon that the owner is responsible for proper watering and if the lawn is found in a dry state within the first fourteen (l4) days of seeding that this guarantee shall immediately become null and void.
 
R & M Properties and Renovations LLC does not warrant any seeded lawn to be immune from moss, fungus, disease or insect damage and will re-spray for such damage at the customers expense. 
   
R & M Properties and Renovations LLC must be notified within the warranty period for any warranty work to be acted upon.

This warranty is for a period of sixty (60) days from installation.
